WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE WRONGFULLY REMOVED I WAS WORKING AS AN EMT FOR ARCADIAN AMBULANCE AND I WAS A SCHOOL BUS DRIVER FOR KILLEEN ISD

• I was also in the middle of moving out of my home.

• THE MOVE OUT DATE WAS JUNE 19TH 2018

  • My FIRST VISIT FROM SOCIAL SERVICE WAS DONE ON JUNE 8TH 2018

• My Children were removed on June 18, 2018.

I had been staying at A Family’ Shelter (One day while I am at work I get a call from a social worker who says she needs to see

My Daughter Willow (NOW 9) and My Son Illonoi (NOW 7)

There was a young man with a ten-year-old boy who had also been staying at the shelter and to keep them off the streets I allowed THE MAN AND HIS CHILD to stay at my house in the morning’s until about 5 pm then go check in. (while I was not home.)

• The allegations against me are that my children were unsupervised

THIS IS A LIE/ *IT IS NOT’ TRUE

My children were with my mom when the worker and I talked. She’s asked if she can meet with me and my kids and I say yes. When she shows up she comes with two police officers. All four have sat on my couch. My children were outside playing. Pictures are taken of my children and I’m told everything is‘ OK. Three days later a CPS worker wants to speak with my children. My daughter is asleep and My son is playing outside in the water hose. She wants to talk to them both. I stand by my daughter isn’t waking up & My son is quiet. There’s a condom on the COUCH! I explain to the social worker that my children may have taken the condoms and are using them as balloons. I’m given a mouth swab test and I tell The man from the shelter with a small boy, that he will need to test as well. He agrees to it. The-test comes back and the man had tested positive for meth.

I get a call from the social worker. She says she is taking my children away from me. I called my mom to have her ask my sister to pick my children up and take them with her.

My mom tells me she has been notified by CPS and has told them that the children were with my sister. I ask my sister for the paperwork that CPS used to take away my children? She says there was no paperwork.

Two weeks later I am having my first visit when I notice that there is a SCAR in the back of Willow's head, so I ask Illonoi what happened to his sister? I am pulled aside by a CPS worker and she tells me my children were drug tested. I get really upset. I call my attorney, who says they are allowed because of me testing positive.

I say he did not live at my house though. I explain he was on the streets in the day from the shelter with his ten-year-old son and because I was moving, I allowed them both to stay at my place until about five while I would be at work. I am told both my mom and I need to have a follicle test.

My mom's TEST comes back in 3 days. My test takes a week and it is positive for cocaine. And both my children tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana through their hair follicles.

I AM IN SHOCK

• I FINALLY HAVE AN ANSWER.

*NEW DISCOVERY*

THE MAN FROM THE SHELTER would be at my house alone and whom after his test did ADMIT to the courts that he did in FACT have a drug problem. He would be in my room, lay on my bed to watch TV. He was in my room a-lot. I suspect he smoked his DRUGS in my room. My children and I were sleeping together on my bed, because of the domestic violence situation I was in.

If Bobby was smoking meth in my room while on my bed after using my pillow it would bleed through his skin making it very possible. So this is my explanation of how my children and I tested positive for drugs. Wherever Bobby got high it stayed lingering in the air. I DID NOT KNOW and was able to fall on her hair. I HAVE NEVER DONE DRUGS, NOR DO MY CHILDREN DO DRUGS!

There were five people in a group call. They called me while I was at my job! OVER THE PHONE I AM BEING TOLD BECAUSE OF MY CHILDREN BEING EXPOSED TO DRUGS.

In two weeks it’s decided that My kids have problems after being told that they were very smart and respectful! They reported that:

1) Both Kids are Mentally ILL

2) Illonoi couldn't talk

3) Illonoi was very far behind

4) Willow has trouble learning

Why was I not told about anything, why was I not included?

I always took my children to their doctor on a regular basis and they had never been diagnosed with anything.

I). July 1, 2018, Saturday through Monday

• On My daughters birthday, she’s turned seven

• Kendra (the first investigator) tells me on my daughter’s birthday, that there will be no visitation and that I am also not allowed to call my children on the phone. I was completely devastated!

On August 21, 2018, my caseworker tells me my children have been separated. When I ask why I’m told the foster parents can’t deal with my son hitting their dogs with belts and stuff. And she says because they are fighting with each other too much.

I move into my new house. I buy two beds, couches, and tables. When I ask the SOCIAL WORKER Monica I need some help she says they will not help with stuff like that.

The JUDGE HAS SAID if we can find out how the DRUGS got in the children’s hair that he would like for me to have my children back.

Again I am alleging the man with a child who admitted to doing drugs stayed at my house while I was at work. And my children were either with my sister or by my mom while I would be at work. I am accusing him of doing his drugs that lingered in my room or in the bathroom So Therefore THE REASON WHY DRUGS were found in my hair (as well as my children’s hair) without my knowing of it was that I did not know this man used drugs. I would never have even thought of it if he had a 10-year-old with him, whom I thought I was helping by keeping them off the streets. I had tried to explain that there is a melon that might’ve been why in their hair. I just did not know and I tried so hard to figure out how it may have happened.

Why did it take six people on the phone to call me while I was at work to tell me to sign over my rights that they had found homes for both of my children?

On my first visit, MY DAUGHTER is not there, and when I ask why I am told it’s because she’s gotten into some trouble at school. When I ask MY DAUGHTER about it, she says she can’t see me anymore because the foster mom told her that I am on drugs.

At court on October 21, 2018, was the last time I saw MY DAUGHTER, she told me that her foster mom told her to tell Monica, I gave her drugs?!

I ask the social worker if she has heard what MY DAUGHTER HAS just SAID. The SOCIAL WORKER SAYS I HEARD SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I ask for VIDEO to be rewound, she says she can’t because they don’t record the visits.

I'm told I will be able to have phone calls. Later when I call to ask about my children and I ask for pictures. I only get one picture of My Daughter and one of My Son.

One time I do get a phone call with my child, I can hear Monica (the social worker in the background) saying, no that’s your real mom.

• I’m supposed to be able to talk with Willow in November and it never happens.

It’s two weeks before Christmas, Monica the social worker tells me I look like I have lost a lot of weight. I had just started working at FedEx and it was very physical rather than a sitting down job I had from before. * I felt insulted.

•January, 15th 2019

I see Monica at the TPR. Monica is on the stand and she’s been asked why did she separate the children and her answer is because the children are doing sexual acts. This would be my first time hearing of it.

My Lawyer does not object. And I’m being told I am losing my children because of not finishing my case plan. I had tried but being on call at my job, there was always a time I was called in.

I get a call and I am told, My Son (who is four) has reported mom gave him a powdery white substance!

It was reported My Daughter is saying she has seen her mom and her brother lay and move up and down on each other. I want to add that I DO BELIEVE, WORDS HAVE BEEN TWISTED it’s at THIS SAME TIME MY CHILDREN WERE TAKEN* I WAS HELPING A YOUNG COUPLE BY LETTING THEM STAY WITH ME (My ex-boyfriend’s son and his girlfriend.)

Later I find out that I was found not guilty for everything but physical abuse. When I ask my attorney to argue for me, I’m told it’s too late!

In October it’s with a second investigator. I ask Miss Coleman, how’s a four-year-old say there’s a powdery white substance when first off CPS is reporting my son can't talk!

I never got a final visit and I haven’t seen my children since October of 2018. I'm trying to keep in contact but the social worker will not return any of my phone calls! And my lawyer had not returned my emails/calls

* On the 19th of (last year), I fire my attorney Kenneth

• In July/August we have court, I have another attorney. • KATHY will not go over anything until the day of court.

• I was unable to complete a psych evaluation because of Monica. She never put in for my referral. I had made an appointment for September 2018. All of my drug tests were negative.

KATHY tells the JUDGE that she wouldn’t mind giving me back My Son and My Daughter, BUT that MOM DID NOT FINISH HER TREATMENT PLAN
